Steps and requirements of work
1 - The phone must be properly charged before this operation
2 - USB cable must be available preferably original
3 - The latest update for CM2MTK 2 must be installed on your PC
4 - Run the program and choose the phone model as shown in the picture

5. Go to the "Service" menu as shown and select "Full Factory (Forced + FRP")
6 - Click Reset Settings / Format FS
7 - Now turn off the phone and press " VOL +/ VOL-/ Connecting Cable"
Then the program will start the process ... Wait until you finish and do not disconnect the cable
